The Plaintiff in all these suits is Stephen M. Kern of Trycho Music International. All the suits are filed in southern California. For more details on these cases, click on the name.
The facts came from the clerk of the court where the case was filed. However, there may be errors. Many of the cases say $0,000 in the space for the monetary demand, one says $6,000, one says $300,000. Those are in error. Many suits have been filed against "John Doe". The plaintiff files these cases, then later finds the name and address to go with them so he can have a new summons issued and served.

* "Settled" means that the parties came to an agreement (monetary and otherwise) and the case was ended out of court.
